Je veux les meilleurs fruits, frais, biologiques et durables, en provenance directe des producteurs. J&rsquo;attrape donc mon ordinateur portable et me connecte avec impatience sur crowdfarming.com. Quelques jours plus tard, mes caisses de magnifiques petites boules de soleil arrivent \u2014 bergamotes, mandarines et oranges sanguines. Que faire de toute cette abondance ?! L&rsquo;une des pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es de ma famille est cette d\u00e9licieuse marmelade de bergamotes, au parfum exotique et \u00e0 l&rsquo;amertume tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able. En la d\u00e9gustant sur un bon pain de campagne croustillant, avec une bonne dose de beurre sal\u00e9, ma bouche et mon \u00e2me sont vraiment tr\u00e8s heureuses\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Carrie Horne, cliente de CrowdFarming<\/em><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<br \/><br \/><\/h1>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>750 g de bergamotes lav\u00e9es, d\u00e9barrass\u00e9es de leurs fleurs vertes et coup\u00e9es en deux\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>600 g de sucre\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>200 ml de jus de bergamote<\/li>\r\n<li>1,5 litre d&rsquo;eau froide<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mode d&#8217;emploi<br \/><br \/><\/h1>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Presser le jus des bergamotes et le passer au tamis pour en \u00e9liminer les graines.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\r\n<li>Placez le jus, le sucre et l&rsquo;eau dans une casserole de taille moyenne \u00e0 fond lourd.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\r\n<li>Coupez les peaux de bergamote en lamelles ou en petits d\u00e9s, selon votre pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\r\n<li>St\u00e9rilisez cinq bocaux de 250 ml et maintenez-les au chaud dans le four jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que vous soyez pr\u00eat \u00e0 les remplir.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\r\n<li>Placer les peaux de bergamote avec les liquides et le sucre, remuer et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 feu vif. R\u00e9duire le feu pour que le m\u00e9lange bouillonne lentement et cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange ait \u00e9paissi, que les peaux soient devenues tendres, mais pas trop molles, et qu&rsquo;elles aient pris une couleur brun clair, ce qui prendra environ une heure.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"6\">\r\n<li>Testez la confiture en mettant une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 dans une petite assiette et en la pla\u00e7ant au cong\u00e9lateur pendant 2 minutes.
