Rapide et facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer pour toutes les occasions et \u00e0 tout moment de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.<br \/><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>250 g de p\u00e2tes<\/li>\r\n<li>30 ml d&rsquo;huile de colza biologique &lsquo;Bruschetta&rsquo; ou &lsquo;Garlic&rsquo; d&rsquo;Aljotti<\/li>\r\n<li>3 gousses d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\r\n<li>1 piment frais<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd bouquet de persil<\/li>\r\n<li>sel et poivre<\/li>\r\n<li>Au choix : fromage parmesan fra\u00eechement r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a0Pr\u00e9paration de la recette :<br \/><br \/><br \/><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Hacher finement les gousses d&rsquo;ail, le piment et les tiges de persil et les faire revenir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dans une po\u00eale avec l&rsquo;huile de colza &#8211; \u00e0 faible temp\u00e9rature pour ne pas trop les brunir.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<li>Faire cuire les p\u00e2tes dans de l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e en m\u00eame temps.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<li>Peu avant que les p\u00e2tes ne soient pr\u00eates, ajouter un peu d&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e de cuisson (environ 100 ml) dans la po\u00eale avec l&rsquo;huile.
