Desde hace un par de a\u00f1os la comparto tambi\u00e9n con nuestra comunidad de agricultores, clientes y proveedores. As\u00ed conseguimos poner en valor el esfuerzo de todos, reconocer d\u00f3nde fallamos y celebrar juntos los \u00e9xitos alcanzados.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfSe ha pasado de moda la sostenibilidad?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cada vez se leen menos declaraciones de empresas sobre sostenibilidad en Linkedin o en prensa. Es como si los responsables de sostenibilidad ahora se hubieran transformado en gur\u00fas de la IA.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parece que s\u00ed. Tiene toda la pinta de que la sostenibilidad que se hac\u00eda de puertas para fuera ha perdido fuerza en el mundo corporativo. Y esto, no nos equivoquemos, es positivo porque permite reducir ruido y que las acciones hablen por s\u00ed solas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La sostenibilidad real y concreta est\u00e1 m\u00e1s viva que nunca en CrowdFarming. Durante este primer semestre hemos conseguido:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.969 agricultores vendiendo sus cosechas a un precio justo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hacer an\u00e1lisis de suelo en 47 nuevas fincas para medir el impacto de las pr\u00e1cticas regenerativas, y dise\u00f1ar un programa agron\u00f3mico junto con los agricultores para aumentar su fertilidad natural a largo plazo. Con estas 47 ya son 100 las fincas que est\u00e1n dentro de nuestro programa de agricultura ecol\u00f3gica regenerativa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1.794.784,43\u20ac en ventas de frutas y verduras en conversi\u00f3n a ecol\u00f3gico. Recibir un precio justo, predecible y estable es especialmente clave cuando un agricultor est\u00e1 en la delicada fase de conversi\u00f3n a ecol\u00f3gico porque sus \u00e1rboles suelen pegar un baj\u00f3n productivo.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las ventas de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowdfarming.com\/es\/all-is-good\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">All Is Good<\/a> (nuestra marca de productos elaborados) han aumentado un 24% con respecto al a\u00f1o pasado. Los productos de All Is Good los producimos con excedentes de cosecha o con fruta sensible que no puede viajar a destino porque podr\u00eda pudrirse por el camino. Es una forma de que toda la fruta y verdura tenga valor comercial.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y adem\u00e1s, estamos empezando a recoger los esfuerzos a nivel econ\u00f3mico. Por primera vez en 5 a\u00f1os hemos terminado el primer semestre del a\u00f1o con EBITDA positivo, y creciendo a doble d\u00edgito. Esto nos demuestra que apostar por la venta directa de producto ecol\u00f3gico es rentable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para conseguir este EBITDA positivo, todos hemos tenido que hacer sacrificios y priorizar bien las partidas de gasto. Un ejemplo de esto es que nos hemos dado de baja del sello de B Corp. Fue una decisi\u00f3n dif\u00edcil porque este sello tiene cosas positivas. Renovar el sello costaba 16.000\u20ac este a\u00f1o y con cabeza fr\u00eda, aunque mole que una empresa te audite la sostenibilidad de las operaciones, vimos que no le est\u00e1bamos sacando todo el partido y que este dinero (recurso escaso en nuestra startup) lo podr\u00edamos dedicar a m\u00e1s formaci\u00f3n de agricultores y a subir el sueldo de algunos perfiles de nuestro equipo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c9xitos a celebrar de la primera mitad del a\u00f1o<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los \u00e9xitos hay que celebrarlos. Sobre todo los que persigues pero tambi\u00e9n los que consigues casi sin querer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He comprobado que cuando te rodeas de gente buena, la misi\u00f3n que te une es pura, motivante y ambiciosa; por el camino ocurren cosas buenas con las que ni siquiera contabas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este semestre nos ha pasado algo curioso que nos ha alegrado mucho. Nosotros no tenemos un objetivo de alcanzar un porcentaje de j\u00f3venes agricultores vendiendo en CrowdFarming pero nos ha hecho mucha ilusi\u00f3n comprobar que, de forma natural, hayamos conseguido que esta m\u00e9trica est\u00e9 muy por encima de la media de la industria.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>J\u00f3venes agricultores: <\/strong>42% en CrowdFarming Vs 12% de media en la industria agro.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Escrito por Gonzalo \u00darculo, agricultor, CEO y cofundador de CrowdFarming.
