Envuelve el calabac\u00edn rallado en un pa\u00f1o fino y estruja varias veces sobre el fregadero para eliminar el exceso de agua. Pesa 180 g de calabac\u00edn y ponlo en un bol grande.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A\u00f1ade al bol el aceite de oliva, el sirope de arce, los huevos, la compota de manzana y el extracto de vainilla y mezcla bien.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En otro bol mediano, mezcla la harina, la levadura qu\u00edmica, el bicarbonato, la canela, la nuez moscada, el jengibre y la sal. Incorpora la ralladura de naranja.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agrega los ingredientes secos a los h\u00famedos en dos tandas y mezcla suavemente con una esp\u00e1tula hasta que se integren. A\u00f1ade los ar\u00e1ndanos y las nueces si lo deseas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vierte la masa en el molde, reparte de forma uniforme y decora con unas nueces y ar\u00e1ndanos por encima.
