En este caso, te traemos unos r\u00f6stis cremosos con una de las verduras estrella de la temporada: \u00a1el calabac\u00edn!<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowdfarming.com\/what-the-field\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/mealkit-S18-rostis-WEB-1-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7128\" src=\"https:\/\/www.crowdfarming.com\/what-the-field\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/mealkit-S18-rostis-WEB-1-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredientes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: para 4 personas<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 kg de calabacines<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 huevos<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 g de queso (brie)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 manojo peque\u00f1o de perejil<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 dientes de ajo<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aceite de oliva\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sal y pimienta\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">100 g de harina<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Rallar el calabac\u00edn previamente lavado en una ensaladera.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Espolvorearlos con sal y dejarlos escurrir durante 1 hora.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Mientras, rallar el queso, cortar finamente los dientes de ajo y trocea el perejil.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Una vez transcurrida la hora de reposo, pasar los calabacines a un pa\u00f1o limpio y presionar con fuerza para extraer todo el jugo posible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> En una ensaladera, mezclar los ingredientes cortados con el calabac\u00edn, los huevos y la harina. A\u00f1adir sal y pimienta. Mezclar bien.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> En una sart\u00e9n con aceite bien caliente, colocar el equivalente a 2 cucharadas de la mezcla en el centro de la sart\u00e9n. Presionar para formar un r\u00f6sti. Una vez dorado el primer lado, dar la vuelta al r\u00f6sti con un gesto limpio con la esp\u00e1tula.
