Este arroz glutinoso con mango, m\u00e1s conocido por su nombre en ingl\u00e9s \u201cmango sticky rice\u201d, demuestra que la sencillez tambi\u00e9n puede ser un camino hacia la delicia. Adem\u00e1s de ser exquisito, este postre es apto tanto para veganos como para intolerantes al gluten.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas:<\/strong><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>2 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowdfarming.com\/de\/farmer\/finca-los-pepones\/up\/adopta-un-arbol-de-mango-finca-los-pepones\/overharvest?box=73c3de&amp;subState=false\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mangos<\/a><\/li>\r\n<li>300 g de arroz glutinoso<\/li>\r\n<li>400 ml de leche de coco (espesa)<\/li>\r\n<li>2 cucharadas de az\u00facar<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Lava el arroz glutinoso hasta que el agua salga clara. D\u00e9jalo en remojo preferiblemente la noche anterior, o al menos 3 horas antes.<br \/>Escurre toda el agua y coloca el arroz sobre papel de horno dentro de cualquier vaporera. Cocina al vapor durante 25 minutos. Mientras tanto, pela y corta los mangos en l\u00e1minas.<br \/>En un cazo, mezcla la leche de coco con el az\u00facar y una pizca de sal. Remueve suavemente a fuego medio hasta que el az\u00facar se disuelva por completo y retira del fuego cuando hierva.<br \/>En un bol, vierte poco a poco la mitad de la salsa de coco sobre el arroz. Mezcla y reserva el resto de la salsa para servir.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Para servir:<\/strong><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pon una cucharadita de salsa de coco en el fondo de un cuenco peque\u00f1o. Rell\u00e9nalo con arroz y vu\u00e9lcalo en un plato. Coloca las l\u00e1minas de mango a un lado y roc\u00eda generosamente con la salsa de coco restante.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Para una presentaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s original, opta por el estilo rollito de primavera. Remoja una hoja de papel de arroz en agua tibia durante unos segundos y col\u00f3cala sobre un pa\u00f1o. Disp\u00f3n las l\u00e1minas de mango en horizontal en el centro. A\u00f1ade el arroz y la salsa de coco en vertical por encima.
