Pero esta versi\u00f3n tiene un toque espa\u00f1ol, elaborada con almendras ecol\u00f3gicas y regenerativas directamente desde la finca Do\u00f1a Marina, en Andaluc\u00eda, Espa\u00f1a.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pedro, el agricultor detr\u00e1s de estas deliciosas almendras, comparti\u00f3 esta receta con nosotros porque es una de sus formas favoritas de disfrutar el fruto de su trabajo. Ubicada en las tierras altas y secas de Andaluc\u00eda, su finca es un ejemplo de agricultura regenerativa, donde los almendros prosperan gracias a una cuidadosa gesti\u00f3n del agua, pr\u00e1cticas sostenibles y mucho cari\u00f1o y dedicaci\u00f3n.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Aqu\u00ed te contamos c\u00f3mo preparar estas irresistibles galletas en casa:<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>200 g de almendras enteras<\/li>\r\n<li>Ralladura de 1 lim\u00f3n<\/li>\r\n<li>120 g de mantequilla blanda<\/li>\r\n<li>400 g de harina<\/li>\r\n<li>1\/2 sobre de levadura qu\u00edmica<\/li>\r\n<li>2 sobres de az\u00facar vainillado<\/li>\r\n<li>200 g de az\u00facar<\/li>\r\n<li>3 huevos<br \/><br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Tostar las almendras<\/strong>: En una sart\u00e9n sin aceite, tuesta las almendras enteras a fuego medio hasta que est\u00e9n doradas y desprendan un aroma tostado. Deja enfriar.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Preparar la masa<\/strong>: En un bol grande, mezcla la ralladura de lim\u00f3n, la mantequilla, la harina, la levadura, el az\u00facar vainillado, el az\u00facar normal y los huevos hasta obtener una masa homog\u00e9nea.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Incorporar las almendras<\/strong>: A\u00f1ade las almendras tostadas a la masa y mezcla bien.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Formar los bastones<\/strong>: Divide la masa en cuatro porciones iguales. Sobre una bandeja de horno con papel vegetal, forma bastones de unos 5 cm de ancho.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Primer horneado<\/strong>: Precalienta el horno a 180\u00b0C. Hornea los bastones durante unos 25 minutos, hasta que est\u00e9n ligeramente dorados y firmes.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Cortar<\/strong>: Saca los bastones del horno y d\u00e9jalos enfriar un poco. Con un cuchillo afilado, c\u00f3rtalos en rebanadas diagonales de aproximadamente 1 cm de grosor.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Segundo horneado<\/strong>: Coloca las rebanadas sobre la bandeja, con el lado cortado hacia abajo. Horn\u00e9alas 5 minutos m\u00e1s, hasta que est\u00e9n crujientes.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Dejar enfriar y disfrutar<\/strong>: Deja que los cantuccini se enfr\u00eden por completo.
