Vegan, gluten-free and without refined sugar. (Check out the video tutorial <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/DGpmstMMKh2\/?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&amp;igsh=ZDNlZDc0MzIxNw==\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>).<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>150 g rice flour<\/li>\r\n<li>100 g cassava flour<\/li>\r\n<li>50 g ground almonds, blanched<\/li>\r\n<li>30 g cornflour<\/li>\r\n<li>100 g erythritol<\/li>\r\n<li>80 g date sugar<\/li>\r\n<li>1\/2 tsp baking soda<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder<\/li>\r\n<li>good pinch of salt<\/li>\r\n<li>1\/4 tsp vanilla or tonka<\/li>\r\n<li>120 g olive oil<\/li>\r\n<li>220 g blood orange juice<\/li>\r\n<li>approx. 200 ml vegan milk alternative<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Icing ingredients:<\/strong><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>70 g icing sugar<\/li>\r\n<li>approx. 30 g blood orange juice<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong>:\u00a0<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Preheat oven to 180\u00b0C and grease a cake tin of your choice with vegan butter and line\/coat with rice flour.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\r\n<li>Mix together the flours, ground tiger nuts, starch, erythritol, date sweetener, baking soda, baking powder, salt and vanilla. Separately, mix together the olive oil, milk of your choice and blood orange juice and add to the dry ingredients. Mix carefully to form a rather sticky dough, you may need a little more milk.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\r\n<li>Pour the batter into the tin and bake for approx. 50 minutes. Leave the cake in the tin for approx. 15 minutes, then turn out and leave to cool completely on a wire rack.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\">\r\n<li>For the icing, mix the icing sugar with enough blood orange juice until it has the desired consistency, optionally you can grate the zest of the blood orange and mix in (only use organic blood oranges).
