Don&#8217;t be fooled; it&#8217;s also their sweetest side!<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This banana pancake recipe is a great way to make the most of those ripe bananas that might otherwise end up in the rubbish. Banana pancakes, aside from being great \u2013 with this recipe, we&#8217;re avoiding food waste \u2013 they taste great and can be whipped up in no time.<br \/><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<br \/><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>2 ripe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowdfarming.com\/en\/farmer\/la-fajana\/up\/adopt-a-banana-plant-finca-la-fajana\/overharvest?box=bfcec9&amp;subState=false\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bananas<\/a><\/li>\r\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\r\n<li>50g of flour<\/li>\r\n<li>1 teaspoon of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowdfarming.com\/en\/farmer\/campillo-de-julia\/up\/adopt-an-olive-tree-campillo-de-julia\/overharvest?box=77b19e&amp;subState=false\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">extra virgin olive oil<\/a> (or sunflower oil if you prefer to avoid the characteristic taste of olive oil)<\/li>\r\n<li>Cinnamon (optional)<br \/><br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><br \/><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1: Reducing Food Waste<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Let&#8217;s start by making a small effort to reduce food waste. Those ripe bananas that don&#8217;t look as appealing are perfect for this recipe. So, peel the bananas and place them in a bowl.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Mash the bananas with a fork until you have a smooth pur\u00e9e. This will add a natural touch of sweetness to our pancakes.<br \/><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2: Creating the Pancake Mix<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Add the eggs to the mashed bananas in the bowl and mix them well. This mixture will provide the necessary structure for our pancakes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Next, incorporate the flour into the mixture.
