To ensure maximum flavor, we recommend using fresh ingredients, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowdfarming.com\/en\/farmer\/dona-ana\/up\/adopt-an-orange-tree-dona-ana\">organic oranges from Mar\u00eda Luisa at Finca Do\u00f1a Ana<\/a> or the regenerative organic oranges from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowdfarming.com\/en\/farmer\/huerta-del-almanzora\/up\/adopt-an-orange-tree-huerta-del-almanzora\">Juan at Huerta del Almanzora<\/a> are a must. <br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the ingredients, you\u2019ll need: <br><br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 Large oranges<\/li><li>\u00bc cup Granulated sugar&nbsp;<\/li><li>2 tbsp Cornstarch&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 tbsp Grated orange rind&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 tbsp Orange Marmalade&nbsp;<\/li><li>2 Egg yolks&nbsp;<\/li><li>3 Egg whites <br><br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps: <br><br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F (190\u00b0C).<\/li><li>Trim a thin slice from bottom of each orange to stabilize. Cut approximately 2 and half cm slice from top of each orange.<\/li><li>The top slices of oranges can be grated for the orange rind.<\/li><li>Use a spoon to remove flesh, reserving juice as you work. Measure 125 mililiters. The flesh and any remaining juice can be used as desired.<\/li><li>Stir together sugar, cornstarch, and orange rind in small saucepan Whisk in reserved juice and marmalade. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. When it thickens, remove from heat.<\/li><li>After that, whisk egg yolks in small bowl and stir in some of the hot mixture before you add the rest of it back into the sauce pan.<\/li><li>Then, beat egg whites in a medium bowl and then fold whites into the yolk mixture. Place the oranges upright on baking sheet. Spoon mixture into orange shells, filling each about two-thirds full.<\/li><li>Bake in preheated 190\u00b0C oven until puffed and golden, 18 to 20 minutes.
