Das Gericht ist vegan und glutenfrei \u2013 perfekt f\u00fcr alle am Tisch.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Zutaten f\u00fcr 4 Personen:<\/strong><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>2 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowdfarming.com\/de\/farmer\/finca-los-pepones\/up\/adopta-un-arbol-de-mango-finca-los-pepones\/overharvest?box=73c3de&amp;subState=false\">Mangos<\/a><\/li>\r\n<li>300 g Klebreis<\/li>\r\n<li>400 ml Kokosmilch<\/li>\r\n<li>2 EL Zucker<br \/><br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Wasche den Klebreis, bis das Wasser klar ist. Lasse ihn am besten \u00fcber Nacht oder mindestens 3 Stunden vorher in Wasser einweichen.<br \/>Gie\u00dfe das Wasser ab und lege den Reis auf Backpapier in einen beliebigen D\u00e4mpfeinsatz. D\u00e4mpfe ihn 25 Minuten lang. In der Zwischenzeit kannst du die Mangos sch\u00e4len und in Scheiben schneiden.<br \/>In einem Topf Kokosmilch mit Zucker und einer Prise Salz mischen. Bei mittlerer Hitze vorsichtig r\u00fchren, bis sich der Zucker vollst\u00e4ndig aufgel\u00f6st hat, und vom Herd nehmen, sobald die Mischung aufkocht.<br \/>In einer Sch\u00fcssel nach und nach die H\u00e4lfte der Kokossauce \u00fcber den Reis gie\u00dfen. Vermischen und den Rest der Sauce f\u00fcr das Anrichten aufbewahren.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Zum Servieren:<\/strong><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Gib einen Teel\u00f6ffel Kokossauce auf den Boden einer kleinen Schale. Mit Reis f\u00fcllen und dann auf einen Teller st\u00fcrzen. Mangoscheiben daneben anrichten und gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig mit der restlichen Kokossauce \u00fcbergie\u00dfen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>F\u00fcr eine originellere Pr\u00e4sentation im Fr\u00fchlingsrollen-Stil vorgehen: Ein Reispapierblatt ein paar Sekunden in warmem Wasser einweichen und auf ein Tuch legen. Mangoscheiben horizontal in der Mitte platzieren, Reis und Kokossauce vertikal darauf geben.
