Doch diese Version kommt mit einem spanischen Twist daher: Hergestellt mit regenerativ-\u00f6kologischen Mandeln direkt von der Finca Do\u00f1a Marina in Andalusien, Spanien.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pedro, der Landwirt hinter diesen k\u00f6stlichen Mandeln, hat dieses Rezept mit uns geteilt, weil es eine seiner Lieblingsarten ist, die Fr\u00fcchte seiner Arbeit zu genie\u00dfen. In den trockenen Hochlagen Andalusiens gelegen, gedeihen seine Mandelb\u00e4ume dank sorgf\u00e4ltigem Wassermanagement, regenerativer Anbaumethoden und viel Hingabe und Sorgfalt.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>So bereitest du diese unwiderstehlichen Kekse zu Hause zu:<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>200 g ganze <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowdfarming.com\/en\/farmer\/dona-marina\/up\/adopt-an-almond-tree-dona-marina-shelled-almonds\/overharvest?box=4b663b&amp;subState=false\">Mandeln<\/a><\/li>\r\n<li>Schale einer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowdfarming.com\/en\/farmer\/panhellenic-biocyclic-vegan-network\/up\/buy-lemons-panhellenic-biocyclic-vegan-network\/overharvest?box=e03024&amp;subState=false\">Zitrone<\/a> (abgerieben)<\/li>\r\n<li>120 g weiche Butter<\/li>\r\n<li>400 g Mehl<\/li>\r\n<li>1\/2 P\u00e4ckchen Backpulver<\/li>\r\n<li>2 P\u00e4ckchen Vanillezucker<\/li>\r\n<li>200 g Zucker<\/li>\r\n<li>3 Eier<br \/><br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li><strong>Mandeln r\u00f6sten<\/strong>: Die ganzen Mandeln ohne Fett in einer Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze r\u00f6sten, bis sie goldbraun und aromatisch sind. Abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Teig vorbereiten<\/strong>: In einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel Zitronenschale, Butter, Mehl, Backpulver, Vanillezucker, Zucker und Eier zu einem glatten Teig verr\u00fchren.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Mandeln einarbeiten<\/strong>: Die ger\u00f6steten Mandeln unter den Teig heben, bis sie gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilt sind.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Teig formen<\/strong>: Den Teig in vier gleich gro\u00dfe Portionen teilen und auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Blech zu etwa 5 cm breiten Rollen formen.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Erster Backvorgang<\/strong>: Im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180 \u00b0C etwa 25 Minuten backen, bis die Rollen leicht goldbraun und fest sind.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Schneiden<\/strong>: Die Rollen aus dem Ofen nehmen, etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen und schr\u00e4g in etwa 1 cm dicke Scheiben schneiden.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Zweiter Backvorgang<\/strong>: Die Scheiben mit der Schnittfl\u00e4che nach unten erneut auf das Blech legen und weitere 5 Minuten backen, bis sie knusprig sind.<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Abk\u00fchlen lassen und genie\u00dfen<\/strong>: Die Cantuccini vollst\u00e4ndig ausk\u00fchlen lassen.
