Ich will die besten Fr\u00fcchte\u00a0\u2013 frisch, biologisch, nachhaltig und direkt von den Bauern\u00a0\u2013 also greife ich nach meinem Laptop und melde mich eifrig bei crowdfarming.com an. Ein paar Tage sp\u00e4ter kommen meine Kisten mit sch\u00f6nen kleinen Sonnenb\u00e4llchen\u00a0\u2013 Bergamotten, Mandarinen und Blutorangen. Oh, was soll ich mit all dieser Gabe machen?! Am liebsten mag meine Familie die k\u00f6stliche Bergamotte-Marmelade mit ihrem exotischen Duft und der angenehmsten Bitterkeit. Sie auf einer sch\u00f6nen knusprigen Scheibe hausgemachtem Sodabrot mit Unmengen gesalzener Butter zu essen, bereitet mir sowohl Gaumen- als auch Seelenfreude.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Carrie Horne, CrowdFarming-Kundin<\/em><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>750\u00a0g halbierte, gewaschene <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowdfarming.com\/en\/farmer\/azienda-agricola-san-mauro\/up\/adopt-bergamot-tree-azienda-agricola-san-mauro\/overharvest\">Bergamotten, <\/a>gr\u00fcne Bl\u00fctenspitzen entfernt\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>600\u00a0g Zucker\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>200\u00a0ml Bergamottensaft<\/li>\r\n<li>1,5\u00a0Liter kaltes Wasser<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anleitung<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Den Saft aus den Bergamotten pressen und abseihen, um die Samen zu entfernen.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\r\n<li>Den Saft, den Zucker und das Wasser in einen mittelgro\u00dfen, schweren Topf mit Boden geben.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\r\n<li>Die Bergamottenschale je nach Vorliebe reiben oder in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>F\u00fcnf 250-ml-Gl\u00e4ser sterilisieren und im Ofen warmhalten, bis du bereit bist, sie zu f\u00fcllen.<br \/>\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\r\n<li>Die Bergamottenschale mit den Fl\u00fcssigkeiten und dem Zucker vermengen, umr\u00fchren und bei starker Hitze zum Kochen bringen. Die Hitze reduzieren, damit die Mischung langsam kocht, und kochen, bis die Mischung eingedickt ist, die Haut zart, aber nicht zu weich geworden ist und die Haut eine hellbraune Farbe angenommen hat, was etwa eine Stunde dauern wird.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"6\">\r\n<li>Die Marmelade testen, indem du ein volles Teel\u00f6ffelchen auf einen kleinen Teller gibst, den du zwei Minuten in den Gefrierschrank stellst.
