More than 2 million Ukrainians have crossed the Ukrainian border into Poland. From there they are being taken in by Polish charities and families to help them get by.
On 8 March, the first truck we sent with 16,000 kg of organic fruit donated by farmers, arrived in the city of Leżajsk (on the Polish-Ukrainian border). Our team has travelled to Poland to coordinate further shipments to border points, and even to cities in Ukraine.
Through the #crowdgiving initiative you can help by buying any of the products on this page to be shipped to Poland, and CrowdFarming will manage the shipping and finance the logistical costs.
How does it work?
1. Choose a product from this page and add it to your cart.
2. Add the delivery address (in Poland): you can send it to someone you know who is hosting refugees, or to the NGO food bank Bank Żywności SOS in Warsaw.
3. We will collect the product from the farmer and arrange delivery (we will also send you confirmation when the box has been received).
#crowdgiving is an initiative launched by CrowdFarming to send organic food from the farms to places where quality food does not currently reach. The aim is to send fresh organic fruit (not leftovers or fruit that is about to expire).
